Tim Snow is a licensed residential builder in South Carolina and a member of the Greater Spartanburg Home Builders Association.

            Tim’s incredible attention to architectural design, location and function make each of his homes remarkable, as well as an enjoyable process for all concerned. He is an onsite builder,  working  side-by-side  with sub-contractors & crew.  He is an excellent listener with a definite gift for design & planning, moving seamlessly from the initial search for location to that moment when the vision and mission become reality.

We have participated in the last three Showcases of Homes and won numerous People’s Choice Awards in 2005 & 2006.   The 2007 Showcase home in Crooked Creek was chosen for the President’s Award and received the Pinnacle Award,  presented annually by  the  Home  Builders  Association of South Carolina for the top home in a category  built  to  represent the very highest standard in craftsmanship, innovative style & unique vision in residential construction.
